STAY AWAY FROM PAUL DE BEER / ADAMO LIGHTS!!!!!

This little scammer Paul de Beer, is also taking me for a ride. After selling me fancy LED lights for my shop that he had in his shop (apparently), the excuses came in week after week that he is still testing, or to busy, and eventually he needs to order new stock. Then the stock is on a plane or a ship. It's been almost 3 months... I haven't even received me receipt....asked many times. He doesn't want to give refund as he doesn't have the money. Apparently his father is an attorney and he is "within his rights' with what he is doing.... He has violated the Consumer Protection Act on so many levels.....
