Disappointed

Really great installation but totally disappointing service today. Booked a geyser repair today and team never pitched. Phoned to check if they were still coming and was promised they would check teams timing and get back to me. No returned call. Office closes. Phone technical number. Unable to help will have to see on Monday-but here is the number for an after hours technician. Now no hot water for the weekend. And they could care less. For the number of people I have referred to you for installations-I am a really disappointed customer tonight. No more referrals from me.
