Poor After Sales Support
I have two Apollo geysers installed. I have been struggling with the efficiency of the 300L geyser. I have been liaising with them since 31 March to provide me a list of approved suppliers in my area to assist with troubleshooting my installation and optimising it, but still no assistance, after constant follow-up.

Poor After Sales Support

Disappointed
Really great installation but totally disappointing service today. Booked a geyser repair today and team never pitched. Phoned to check if they were still coming and was promised they would check teams timing and get back to me. No returned call. Office closes. Phone technical number. Unable to help will have to see on Monday-but here is the number for an after hours technician. Now no hot water for the weekend. And they could care less. For the number of people I have referred to you for installations-I am a really disappointed customer tonight. No more referrals from me.

Exceptional service from exceptional people.
I had approached a different company prior to contacting Apollo, but the other company was more expensive than my budget allowed. What finally sold me on Apollo is that their geysers are encapsulated so that rust is limited as far as possible. I have a friend who had his geyser fitted four years and who still talks about the exceptional service he had from them. From the beginning, Tom and Daniel were very good, offering me advice and dealing with my myriad questions without losing patience. The team who fitted the geyser were absolute troopers for working in the rain. Thank you, All, for the outstanding service. questions.

DO NOT BUY APPOLLO SOLAR TECHNOLOGY GEYSER !!!!!!!
Customerservice, aftersales, and Appollo Solar Technology Geyser is a No No No. I paid R23300 for 150L Solar geyser in December 2023. Since the geyser was installed it does not get HOT. It will start getting HOT by 11:30 when hot water is not needed. By 5pm the water temperature will start dropping. The Geyser does not seem to keep the water temperature for very long. I have made numerous call to Appollo. They come out and then say we will come back when the weather is better. Never came back. I call them to complain they say we call back to make an appoinment. Gift, Fulu Geyser temperature is 65 degrees. After one shower it dropts to 35 degrees. Nobody else can bath. For a 200L only one person can shower and that also with the element not the solar technology After coming out they remove my geyser and want to refund me less than half the money. They dont even discuss or email anything. You are just supposed to accept whatever they give. They are doing you a favour by refunding you your money for geyser that is a few months old. Its more like *****ing. Nobody should ever consider buying a Appollo Salor Technology geyser.

Apollo Solar unwilling to give Technical information on their products because it is sold by Builder's!!!
It is so nice to have some items for sale in the Internet. First comes a scam warning. Nice of you to try and warn the people of scams. Are you sure you yourself are not a scam company??? First call at 08H30. Very unfriendly greeting from the person answering the phone on the other side. The lady need your name without that no service!! So my name is knorkopp. You could hear the dismay. She has no cooking clue how to write it. So she transfer you to the sales dept. Now all I would like to have is really some information about their products. What? forget it!!! Builders is selling the merchandise so you have to contact them. So said so done. Went to builders to get a quote. 1st question!!! Do you have stock??? Got a look like I fell of the bicycle. 2nd question!!! What make is the water tank that comes with the system??? Sorry sir is it a petrol tank or water tank. Where does it fit? In the meantime I got on my bicycle so the 3rd question:- Do you maybe have a water tank which comes with the system loose so I can see who makes the system. Ha Ha you must contact Apollo Solar, I em sure dat dey have da speks you need. What a joke. Apollo are the agents and they have no specks and don't want to assist the public. Builders only sells the system but for Pete's sake don't dare to ask a question as they only sell the system and are not responsible to give any information. You have to contact Apollo Solar!!! Ok fine R16K stays in my pocket. I will booze and vreet it out. Builders don't need it as their profit is so high they don't need to sell anything. Apollo Solar don't need money as they don't need customers from a certain nation in SA.

PV and Inverter Instalation
This company put in my solar geyser and solar panels and inverter - very efficient and they did a great installation, very neat - overall a very pleasant experience - their pricing was also competitive. Thanks to Lilian and Velde and his team.

Customer service is not existing
These people only care about selling you an overpriced solar geyser. Do not expect any customer service from them because they are not into customer service. Please stay away from this company
