Poor After Sales Support
I have two Apollo geysers installed. I have been struggling with the efficiency of the 300L geyser. I have been liaising with them since 31 March to provide me a list of approved suppliers in my area to assist with troubleshooting my installation and optimising it, but still no assistance, after constant follow-up.

Exceptional service from exceptional people.
I had approached a different company prior to contacting Apollo, but the other company was more expensive than my budget allowed. What finally sold me on Apollo is that their geysers are encapsulated so that rust is limited as far as possible. I have a friend who had his geyser fitted four years and who still talks about the exceptional service he had from them. From the beginning, Tom and Daniel were very good, offering me advice and dealing with my myriad questions without losing patience. The team who fitted the geyser were absolute troopers for working in the rain. Thank you, All, for the outstanding service. questions.

Great customer service! The Lady I spoke with was very helpful in answering questions as well as helping in finding the best solar water heater for my Family

PV and Inverter Instalation
This company put in my solar geyser and solar panels and inverter - very efficient and they did a great installation, very neat - overall a very pleasant experience - their pricing was also competitive. Thanks to Lilian and Velde and his team.

A very professional installation and great product
I research this company as I had heard they had the best solar tech (Apollo Technology) spoke to Gift and Lillian and was really impressed with the experience. They quoted and did the installation themselves - electrician, plumber and assistants. They guys were really fantastic and I was really impressed with the knowledge and setup. (https://apollotechnology.co.za/). I would recommend them again. These guys not only build the systems but also install them - this is what I was looking for - I wanted to know who to contact if I had issues.

Breach of Warranty and Poor Customer Service
My fiance's mother purchased a solar geyser in June 2011 and it was installed by Apollo themselves. The geyser came with a 5 year warranty against water tank leakage among other defects.<br> <br> In Nov 2015, well within the 5 year warranty period, we noticed that the water tank was leaking. We contacted Lydia from Apollo and informed her of the leak. She subsequently sent three workmen to dismantle and inspect the geyser and I was told that they would replace the geyser. About one week later, Jared from Apollo, sent an email informing us that we now have to pay R3,866.00 to replace the geyser as it cannot be repaired.<br> <br> After many frustrating phone calls the final response from Apollo was that we were misusing the geyser. How does one misuse a geyser?!?! The warranty clearly states that if the water tank leaks it is covered!<br> <br> This is horrific customer service from Apollo and I would never recommend their product. I am still waiting for Apollo to replace my geyser.
