I am a full-time student and Profmed's student package looked like a good option for me.

Only after I sent all the relevant information was I informed that I do not meet the "elligibility" criteria for being a full time student. Nowhere on the Profmed website does it ever mention age criteria or household income criteria and simply gives the impression that one has to be enrolled as a full-time student in a recognised degree to qualify.

I find this with-holding of information unprofessional and there is a complete lack of transparency from Profmed's side. When I queried regarding the criteria, every attempt was made from their side to try and dissuade me from accessing their student option and push another option on me.

This whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not become a Profmed nor PPS member because of it.

My fiance's mother purchased a solar geyser in June 2011 and it was installed by Apollo themselves. The geyser came with a 5 year warranty against water tank leakage among other defects.

In Nov 2015, well within the 5 year warranty period, we noticed that the water tank was leaking. We contacted Lydia from Apollo and informed her of the leak. She subsequently sent three workmen to dismantle and inspect the geyser and I was told that they would replace the geyser. About one week later, Jared from Apollo, sent an email informing us that we now have to pay R3,866.00 to replace the geyser as it cannot be repaired.

After many frustrating phone calls the final response from Apollo was that we were misusing the geyser. How does one misuse a geyser?!?! The warranty clearly states that if the water tank leaks it is covered!

This is horrific customer service from Apollo and I would never recommend their product. I am still waiting for Apollo to replace my geyser.
I arrived at around 08:30 on 1 October at the Incredible Connection store in Sandton to find a queue of about 100 people long (I counted roughly), but people were in relatively good spirits. Its what happened after that that took the cake.

At around 09:05. all of a sudden, people started rushing towards the doors - it was absolute chaos!! Babies crying, people screaming - SUCH A MESS! It was utterly poor management and quite frankly expected more from Incredible Connection! Have they not had a sale before? Do they not know how to handle it? I could just not understand how it could deteriorate into complete chaos so quickly. Had they let a few people in at a time, and kept people in the queue updated on stock levels, this all could have been avoided!

And to top it all off, after 2.5 hours in the \line"waiting for the 128GB iPad Air 2 with 3G"
