DO NOT BUY APPOLLO SOLAR TECHNOLOGY GEYSER !!!!!!!

Customerservice, aftersales, and Appollo Solar Technology Geyser is a No No No. I paid R23300 for 150L Solar geyser in December 2023. Since the geyser was installed it does not get HOT. It will start getting HOT by 11:30 when hot water is not needed. By 5pm the water temperature will start dropping. The Geyser does not seem to keep the water temperature for very long.

I have made numerous call to Appollo. They come out and then say we will come back when the weather is better. Never came back. I call them to complain they say we call back to make an appoinment. Gift, Fulu

Geyser temperature is 65 degrees. After one shower it dropts to 35 degrees. Nobody else can bath. For a 200L only one person can shower and that also with the element not the solar technology

After coming out they remove my geyser and want to refund me less than half the money. They dont even discuss or email anything. You are just supposed to accept whatever they give. They are doing you a favour by refunding you your money for geyser that is a few months old. Its more like *****ing.

Nobody should ever consider buying a Appollo Salor Technology geyser.
