DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I submitted my documents for authentication and was assured the process would be completed within a reasonable timeframe. However, after three weeks, nothing had been done. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism from their staff.

Their lack of communication and complete disregard for customer service is unacceptable. If you need important documents handled efficiently and professionally, look elsewhere—this company is unreliable and disrespectful. I strongly do not recommend their services.
