MONEY WASTED - MILITARY DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE
Paid Apostil R4600-00 for a copy of my Military Discharge Certificate on 05/09/2025 up to today I have not yet received anything. When I contacted them they claim that the Military is still searching for the certificate. I contacted the Military Reserve Force myself in December 2025 and received the certificate on the 7 January 2026.

MONEY WASTED - MILITARY DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE
Paid Apostil R4600-00 for a copy of my Military Discharge Certificate on 05/09/2025 up to today I have not yet received anything. When I contacted them they claim that the Military is still searching for the certificate. I contacted the Military Reserve Force myself in December 2025 and received the certificate on the 7 January 2026.

Fantastic Service

SAPS Clearance Certificate
I had to get a SAPS clearance in a big hurry and Cherese from Apostil.co.za was super helpful. Well done Cherese!! I got my clearance certificate in under 4 business days. Normally if you do this the old fashioned way it's 3 to 6 months. I recommend using Apostil.co.za to anyone needing their services.

SAPS Clearance Certificate
I had to get a SAPS clearance in a big hurry and Cherese from Apostil.co.za was super helpful. Well done Cherese!! I got my clearance certificate in under 4 business days. I paid R5 865-00 for an application for an unabridged birth certificate for my mother with Apostil. Their response after a few weeks was that Home Affairs can't locate the birth certificate and no refund to me. However, I can apply for a handwritten birth certificate for an additional amount of R6 382-50 (which is also payable upfront) but if they can't locate it again - there will be no refund. I requested their communication with Home Affairs to confirm that my mother's birth certificate is lost and Zerelda's response was "they are not allowed to share that" So a total of R12 247-50 down the drain if they can't find a birth certificate. RIDICULOUS

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
I had an extremely disappointing experience. I submitted my documents for authentication and was assured the process would be completed within a reasonable timeframe. However, after three weeks, nothing had been done. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism from their staff. Their lack of communication and complete disregard for customer service is unacceptable. If you need important documents handled efficiently and professionally, look elsewhere—this company is unreliable and disrespectful. I strongly do not recommend their services.

ATROCIOUS SERVICE
The only reason I give this service 1 star is because you can’t leave 0. I paid for a premium service to have my request completed in 5 working days. However, 4 weeks later I still hadn’t received the service I paid for and have subsequently had to pay another service provider to get the job done! Not only did they not complete ANY of the services I paid for but they also REFUSED me a refund.

ATROCIOUS SERVICE
The only reason I give this service 1 star is because you can’t leave 0. I paid for a premium service to have my request completed in 5 working days. However, 4 weeks later I still hadn’t received the service I paid for and have subsequently had to pay another service provider to get the job done! Not only did they not complete ANY of the services I paid for but they also REFUSED me a refund.
