AMAZING STAFF
The movers arrived and we were their third move for the day, I did not think it was possible but their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made it lighthearted experience!

BRILLIANT SERVICE
I flew with RwandAir during Feb/Mar 2025 and had a brilliant experience from Johannesburg to Dubai and back. Very good price, no delays and a very neat, efficient layover in Kigali. They certainly are my new go-to airline!

MONEY WASTED
I paid R5 865-00 for an application for an unabridged birth certificate for my mother with Apostil. Their response after a few weeks was that Home Affairs can't locate the birth certificate and no refund to me. However, I can apply for a handwritten birth certificate for an additional amount of R6 382-50 (which is also payable upfront) but if they can't locate it again - there will be no refund. I requested their communication with Home Affairs to confirm that my mother's birth certificate is lost and Zerelda's response was "they are not allowed to share that" So a total of R12 247-50 down the drain if they can't find a birth certificate. RIDICULOUS
