Please put proper processes in place when Systems are down
Help line for authorizations is an absolute mess today. Discovery you insist on procedures but when your systems are down the patients can do nothing! I held on for 20 mins and when the Consultant picked up she promptly put down the phone in my ear. I phoned back and after holding on for 36 mins with no answer I have given up trying to get an authorization number.

Dream team at PNet!!
Stunning service from PNet. From start to finish I cannot fault them. Tried another online recruitment portal before them and to be honest it was a disaster. PNet was an absolute dream. Thanks so much to them for an effortless process from start to finish!

A big thank you for saving my hair!
Had a wonderful experience with Angelique. My hair has been ruined by various processes and ended up brassy and orange. No one seems to be able to fix this! Till I made an appt with Angelique who managed to restore my hair to some of its former glory. A big thank you to her and Niche!!

Outstanding Service
Apostil were outstanding with the service they delivered. From start to finish it took only a week and Zerelda was excellent with her communication and speed. This included obtaining documents from the dreaded Home Affairs. Although they are a bit pricey it was worth the spend. Outstanding overall!

Great to get Good Service from Multichoice
Surprised that I had such good service. My first interaction with Multichoice on behalf of my father. Needed to get a refund as they double billed him in March. They said it would take 7 to 14 days for the refund to take place however, it took exactly 1 day. Thanks great service Multichoice

Excellent Customer Service
Gelmar has outstanding customer service. I ordered online from them and received my order the next day. Its not the first time I receive such good service either. It is a pleasure dealing with them either in store or on line

Second Time around and just as Good
This is the second time I have used this company and they are excellent from start to finish. They answered my query and sent a quote on a Sunday. Their prices are competitive and their technicians are excellent. An all round great service provider.

Returns Made Easy!
Returning my goods was so easy just a click or two on my order ie select what you purchased for return, they collected a few days later as arranged and my money was in my account a few days after that. So efficient. What a pleasure thank you!

If you are looking for a comfy bed this is not it!
I have to say this company is very unethical. They give you a discount that only lasts while the sales rep vists you. This should be your warning sign. I will give them credit for a well built bed however, the mattress is appalling. I cannot see how this can be conducive to help medical conditions as it exacerbates my hip problems. In addition when I phoned to ask for help (3 times) about the mattress. I was totally ignored. I can see why they rate themselves so highly on service, quality etc as they just ignore the complaints coming in.
