Can’t change my cv as the new update doesn’t have functionality to change it. There is no ‘what recruiter’s see’ section nor is there ‘My documents’ section as I see from other complaints. There is no functionality to block certain companies from reaching out to unnecessarily. I literally had to delete my entire profile to upload a new cv

I am getting frastrated from Emma Jacobs the emails alert are too much is she real. Is she working for Pnet or is a spam please I need to know if I unsubscribe her will I still get emails from Pnet?

I am shocked to see that Pnet has published my personal cell phone number online without my consent. This is a serious invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable. I have not authorized my private number to be shared publicly in any way. I require: Immediate removal of my number. Written confirmation once this has been done. An explanation of how this happened. Publishing someone’s private contact details without consent is irresponsible and potentially ********. Please treat this as urgent. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.

It appears to be impossible to speak to someone or to get an email response to request the immediate removal of a CV and personal information that appears to have been uploaded to your platform without the consent or knowledge of the individual concerned. Emails do not work, no one answers the phone number given on the website. This is extremely frustrating!

I have been unable to apply for vacancies , whenever i try apply i get an error and a message saying “my profile is incomplete , You can’t apply to jobs with an incomplete profile. Please fill out any missing information to continue with your application“ . I have went through my profile countless times, it does not show where information might be missing. I do not know if this is a technical glitch on their side or what.

I can sign unto the app, however, when applying for a job it requires sign in again, and keeps saying my password is incorrect, when I do forgot password it never sends the otp. I have raised the issue with the support team however no-one can help. It does not even allow me to do forgot password, it says I have reached the number of attempts I must contact support. Support cannot even help me
