I work for a company and our MD instructed me to query the cost. We are receiving a shipment from France for our client here in South Africa. I started querying with customer the cost via email, telephonically and even a chatbot for which I have the transcript. I have been asking for a detailed invoice from 20 February 2026. Do you think I received an invoice. At first the 2 ladies were helpful and now nothing. I JUST WANT A DETAILED INVOICE!!! HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE! HONESTLY!
Always very helpfull and clear in explanation and patience with all my questions and request. On my requests they always deliver. My last phone call were tops🌟
Nedbank sent a sms that they processed a 'Registered Mandate' on my account for a personal loan. Also, this sms states clearly to call the Nedbank Personal Loans on 0860555111. I missed a sms that stated that the loan deduction will occur earlier and I must 'OPT' out before 5 December 2025. I did not see this and now I have a Registered Mandate. Now I made the call, and they can't do anything and my loan deduction will go off my account on 12 December 2025. The reason given by Nedbank; 'People get paid earlier in December and companies notifies Nedbank that salaries will be paid earlier'. Now, my company did not notify Nedbank and NO, I will not be paid earlier. On top of this, I received a similar sms in March/April 2025 that the date will be changed and I chose on that sms that I DO NOT WANT the date changed. Now explain March/April date of change? So. Other companies notifies Nedbank that they will pay salaries earlier and the rest of Nedbank's client portfolio must now abide by it. I understand that business is business, but Really!? What gives Nedbank the right to change dates of debit orders for Nedbank loans or whatever else may be involving Nedbank business.
Ithuba lottery updated the website which is great as updates are always good. What they fail dismally at, is to change your password for the new website. First you have to submit your number a couple of time to get and OTP. Once you have that, you can change the password. It states load & proud 'sequence contains no elements'. No matter what I do, it does not work. AND NO! It does not work either when I enter my number without the zero in front. Contacting Ithuba National Lottery...I've given up as they dont answer and when the do, the line gets dropped. Very frustrating and extremely poor service.
I used Kenya Airlines (KQ) in April and May 2025 flying from JHB to Dakar and back to JHB. KQ cancelled the return flights in May 2025 and it created a nightmare. I flew back with Ethiopian Airways as KQ made the arrangement. The problem was that they book my flights from Nairobi to JHB and then Nairobi to DAKAR and in that order (Really!!) which caused further problems. When I eventually arrived back home in JHB I logged a complaint. I was promised on an email dated 12 June 2025, a refund for the inconvenience caused and it is 13 October 2025 today and despite phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp, we are getting nowhere. This is to say the least Day Light ******* and quite frankly disgusting. I am still wanting my money, and I will continue to spread the word of the uselessness of KQ on every platform available to me. How many times do you get away with this thievery KQ? I will not use Kenya Airways again.
On 6 September 2024 I wanted to buy a TV on Take-a-Lot and I immediately tried to register on website: https://www.tvlic.co.za/tvlic/. My experience was ********** to say the least. The OTP never arrived, and I ended up not buying a TV. By the way I stream on my laptop with my account with Netflix, Prime etc. I logged a query that I never received an OTP to confirm that I have successfully registered for a TV License. So, I have an account with no Login details. Apparently, I was registered, I just didn't know it. Then I asked them to cancel the TV license and then a whole fued ensued. The person assisting me at SABC TV License, DARREN THOMAS at one staged changed the subject line to "Respect goes a long way stop blaming others for your mistakes", because I lost my cool. Furthermore, I wrote to his superiors and all I got was silence. I was sent all sorts of proof that I have a TV license and to date I still cannot log in due to no OTP and I still don't own a TV due to SABC TV License. Today, 09/12/2024 I received a notification that I have been handed over to NuDebt: https://nudebt.co.za/. I have everything on email should anyone wish to contact me (I hope), because you did not do anything to cancel the so-called TV license 'I have', I received NO Commumication on your brilliant employee Darren Thomas and now I am on a Debt Collectors list which will most likely blacklist me as soon as the moment arrives.
Please do not use this website 'https://pay.tvlic.co.za/' to try and register for a TV License. I tried signing up online to purchase a TV (I don't own one) and this website not only forces you to state that you have a TV, it also doesn't send the OTP needed to register the account. I queried this, as they have an email address where you can query and they only answered me 2 days later sending me a link that doesn't work either. UTTERLY USELESS!!
After a week and a half of to-and-fro with emails I found my Superhero at A&G. Quintin Viljoen, you are a star! I tried to contact The Student Hub and it all seems like this is a bogus story. They are harassing me with messages and missed calls. I am not a student with The Student Hub and my name is NOT ANGELROSE!!!! Please remove my details or who the hell may I contact to get this done. Despite blocking every possible number, I still get bombarded with SMSs and phone calls. Is this some sort of sick joke otherwise get your administration in line if you actually do exist! At least got an email from the last sms. Nicholas, please remove me!
