Can’t change my cv as the new update doesn’t have functionality to change it. There is no ‘what recruiter’s see’ section nor is there ‘My documents’ section as I see from other complaints. There is no functionality to block certain companies from reaching out to unnecessarily. I literally had to delete my entire profile to upload a new cv
I’ve spoken to two consultants asking for a refund. They still haven’t given me a case number. I’ve sent both of them statements and emailed but they don’t respond after. Reading the other reviews looks like I must go to a branch to sort this out. Glad my contract has come to an end
The app logged me out for no reason. When I try to reset the password or username, it doesn’t send anything to my cellphone or email. Now I can’t access my OWN money

Please! Before purchasing a vehicle, ask the dealer who has approved your application and go directly to the bank to ask how much they approved you for. Specifically ask about the interest rate. Once you know who has approved you, stay very far away from MFC. They are the most unreasonable when it comes to making arrangements and renegotiating terms. I have family members and friends who have explained that other banks are reasonable and effective to communicate with. I’m disappointed and will not finance my vehicle through this institution again
You cancel your month-to-month WiFi, however; the company still debits despite cancelling the service. My contract states that the account does not affect my credit score and I may terminate at any time. Their agents do not action requests for cancellation and threaten legal action, moreover, they threaten to damage your credit score. STAY FAR AWAY!!
STOP CALLING - these agents harass you almost ten times a day
It’s a nightmare to get out of a contract with Vodacom fibre. NEVER take out a contract with them for 24 months. They will still bill you and hand you over to the attorneys. Moreover, they will damage your credit score!!!!
I receive almost 20 spam calls a day from this company. If people want to buy something, they will.
Homechoice runs multiple credit checks without your consent which adds many hard enquiries and it brings down your credit score. This is *****ulent and I can’t wait to close this account!!!!
