Customer for +1 year but wont let me upgrade
I have been a Drive customer for over a year and my account is up to date. I went in unpaid maternity leave between last year December and this year January but started receiving my partial salary in February and will receive it until the end of April. I expect to go back to work in May. I have asked them to upgrade from a Swift to an suv as I now have two kids and need a bigger car but declined this as they cant see three months income. Yet, they have seen my February income come through and income confirmation letter from my employer for the next two months.
