Sucasa Airconditioning...The Best !!!
Sucasa Airconditioning...what an awesome aircon company indeed ! Other aircon companies out there...TAKE NOTE AND LEARN FROM Sucasa Airconditioning and how its done when selling and providing airconditioners in South Africa !!! Very well priced with excellent customer service as the lady knows how its done, very informative and helpful ! The lady that I chatted to on the phone was extremely pro-active throughout the entire process, and when she mentioned that the aircon will be delivered at a certain date and be installed at a certain date and time, it surely was delivered and installed at those certain dates and time! Now that is how businesses should be. I will definitely refer and deal with Sucasa Airconditioning from now on...WELL DONE !!

Sucasa Air - Poor Service
I booked for Sucasa to come and service my aircon. I confirmed date and times with them several days before the appointment and told them they had to finish by 15h00. On the Friday I was told they would arrive late morning. I phoned them at 12h00 and was told they would then arrive between 13h00 and 14h00. They had not arrived by 14h35 I phoned them they had to finish by 15h00 which was then not possible. I said they must come first thing on Monday. They said they were booked up on Monday and could not come. I had to make all the calls to them to find out what was happening. Extremely poor service and not recommended. Money was paid in advance and was refunded.

Sucasa Aircondition installation and service is top tier!!
My experience with Sucasa was nothing short of brilliant! I would like to give them 10 stars if possible! From the start of the interaction, advice was good allowing for the proper choice of products. Installation was arranged, and the guys were in touch with me to confirm that they could come and install. The installation was very professionally done, neat and tidy. All dust and excess materials removed, and both units inside and outside are perfectly straight and level. I wish more installers and companies would take pride in their work and service like Sucasa does. Thank you so much!!
