I booked for Sucasa to come and service my aircon. I confirmed date and times with them several days before the appointment and told them they had to finish by 15h00. On the Friday I was told they would arrive late morning. I phoned them at 12h00 and was told they would then arrive between 13h00 and 14h00. They had not arrived by 14h35 I phoned them they had to finish by 15h00 which was then not possible. I said they must come first thing on Monday. They said they were booked up on Monday and could not come. I had to make all the calls to them to find out what was happening. Extremely poor service and not recommended. Money was paid in advance and was refunded.
Logged a problem regarding no connection with Vox. Within an hour the Britelink (Vuma) technicians arrived and fixed a broken fibre cable in 20 mins.
I had to replace a cracked windscreen on my vehicle. Santam's claim process and follow up were excellent and Glasfit, who fitted the windscreen, were professional and on time.
I ordered goods on line with Leroy Merlin 1 week ago. Delivery was scheduled for 21 March 2025, which was a Public Holiday. They were advised to Deliver on Thursday before 10h00. Delivery arrived in the afternoon !! No one available to collect. LM were then advised and agreed to deliver on Monday 24 March 2025 between 10h00 and 12h00. No delivery was made. The LM call centre unable to contact there delivery section despite 3 attempts, all went to voice mail I am told. The CEO Mr Dufourq needs to review his processes and communication channels. I initially thought LM would be better than Builders Warehouse but looks like they are not. Poor showing.
I have tried for over 2 days to change an address on an account. I went to the branch and received a ticket saying 5 min wait. After 1 hr I saw a representative. Told by the Manager my request would be addressed in 24 Hrs. As of 48 hrs later no change. I have spent almost 3 hrs on the phone over 2 days to various call agents who transferred me around their organisation and on several occasions ended up on menus that had no selection available. I asked to speak to the Bank Manager at the branch but told they do not take calls. I asked them to send a message for the Manager to call me. Cant do that either. I asked for their direct Head Office number. They don't have it and gave me their call line that I had just called. I asked for details of their CIO and they had no idea what or who it was. I said how about the CEO or COO. Guess what, they don't have their numbers. The one thing it did assist me in was my decision not to bank with FNB. !!
Ordered and paid for a product over 2 months ago. Impossible to contact by phone and e mail responses are slow if at all. Only option is Small Claims Court route. Anyone know the owners detils?
My wife lost her Engagement Ring while on holiday. The claim was resolved within days of the documentation being provided to them.
Brandons Fourways sent a team to replace sand and check pump. They arrived at the agreed time and the team of Augustine and Elias carried out the works swiftly and identified the pool pump system problem and filter problem and repaired both.
Flights were good but an item of baggage was found to have been damaged badly on arrival. The necessary forms were filled in and the bag was collected for repair. That was over a week ago and since then no response. Unable to make contact telephonically with any Emirates representative and the company that collected the bag are untraceable and the number on their collection receipt does not work. Impossible to get any progress on the matter. Disappointing for such a well marketed airline.
I had my Mountain Bike serviced by Cycloworx in Paulshof. Excellent work carried out and the bike is running smoothly. Pleasant service. Highly recommended.
