I bought an iPad from them in December and by mid February the middle button & charging port were giving problems. The device stopped charging a week after which they advise they will come pick up for repairs. It took them 2 weeks to send a courier to send a courier to come pick up the device and had I not pressured them, they would have not bothered. It’s going to the second month now & they have not fixed the device but rather providing excuses. On the 8th of April they advised they will send out a new device & it’s 11 days later and I still have not received anything. They are not responding to my messages.
I’m truly disappointed by their service and had so much hope in them but their customer service is appalling and they are completely ****mers who sell faulty devices to customers.
