Appliance Clinic - Pathetic Service

I contacted them to come repair my Defy Washing Machine about a week ago. Esther sent out two guys to do the job. They apparently changed the door switch and billed me R1050.00. When we tried using the machine, it did not work. Despite calling them ad nauseam they either refuse to take our call or promise to come repair the machine, but do not honor the commitment. It seems that they're running a ****, and i will advise customers to be wary of them.
