Appliance Clinic Goodwood
November last year I got Appliance repair/ clinic to come and see to my oven. They needed a deposit of R1600 to order a new part. Which should have taken 5 days. So many excuses opened a ***** case . Bank has now blocked their account and blacklisted them. Taking it further with SAPS. They've messed with the wrong person. Be careful who you get to repair things

Avoid This Company at All Costs.
Avoid this company at all costs. I contacted this company on 5 May to repair a faulty fridge. The technicians who arrived were unfriendly and quickly diagnosed a faulty sensor, which they claimed was available “at the office.” Before leaving, they demanded immediate payment for the call-out, took the fridge apart, and left the drawers scattered on the floor. Since then, communication has been nonexistent. They do not answer calls or respond to WhatsApp messages. It has now been 17 days with no follow-up or resolution. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service.

Avoid this company at all costs. I contacted this company on 5 May to repair a faulty fridge. The technicians who arrived were unfriendly and quickly diagnosed a faulty sensor, which they claimed was available “at the office.” Before leaving, they demanded immediate payment for the call-out, took the fridge apart, and left the drawers scattered on the floor. I asked them to fix my washing machine. They sent someone out who told me that the pump needed replacing, and according to him he replaced it. This was on 28 November, 2024. I paid them about R1300. The machine broke down again just before Christmas, 2024. I tried unsuccessfully to get hold of them and assumed they were on leave, but left numerous messages on their answering machine. Today is 13 January and there is still no reply. In the meantime, I contacted Table View Appliances, who sent someone out on Friday 10 January. He took out the "new" pump and showed us - it was clearly old, dirty and rusted. He then replaced the pump and also found a sock which had blocked the outlet. Appliance Clinic had **** to me. Please warn others. I would very much like to get my money back!

Appliance Clinic Cape Town.
We called on Appliance Clinic to come and fix our fridge. They came out, supposedly filled up the gas, then asked me to pay cash. Stupidly I did so. The next day I checked our fridge, still broken.Tried to call them numerous times, no answer!!!! These people are unprofessional and basically they are *******. DO NOT USE THEM, to avoid being caught, as I was.

Appliance Clinic Cape Town.
We called on Appliance Clinic to come and fix our fridge. They came out, supposedly filled up the gas, then asked me to pay cash. Stupidly I did so. Ignore request for call back.
Came to fix the fridge. It stopped working 3 days later. Whatsapped for Richard to come back. He said he would the following morning. Didn’t bother coming. Has read and ignored further messages. I do not recommend this company.

Came to fix the fridge. It stopped working 3 days later. Whatsapped for Richard to come back. He said he would the following morning. Didn’t bother coming. Has read and ignored further messages. I do not recommend this company.

Do not ever use this company. They are ********s. We called them to fix our fridge. They came out and it worked for less than a week before it stopped again. We reported it twice and they promised to come out, which they did not do and won't take any of our calls anymore. We found out that they overcharged us by far for what they said they did and never actually fixed it. They are clearly ****mers.

Do not ever use this company. They are ********s. We called them to fix our fridge. They came out and it worked for less than a week before it stopped again. We reported it twice and they promised to come out, which they did not do and won't take any of our calls anymore. We found out that they overcharged us by far for what they said they did and never actually fixed it. They are clearly ****mers.

Appliance Clinic - Pathetic Service
I contacted them to come repair my Defy Washing Machine about a week ago. Esther sent out two guys to do the job. They apparently changed the door switch and billed me R1050.00. When we tried using the machine, it did not work. Despite calling them ad nauseam they either refuse to take our call or promise to come repair the machine, but do not honor the commitment. It seems that they're running a ****, and i will advise customers to be wary of them.
