Do not ever use this company. They are ********s. We called them to fix our fridge. They came out and it worked for less than a week before it stopped again. We reported it twice and they promised to come out, which they did not do and won't take any of our calls anymore. We found out that they overcharged us by far for what they said they did and never actually fixed it. They are clearly ****mers.
Weelee's service is excellent! It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Clinton and the money was in my account before he left my house!
I subscribed to the lowest plan at the beginning of August just to see if I can get it to work and if I will enjoy it. I did not manage to get it loaded on my Samsung tv. On my profile, it says that I am on the free plan, yet money gets deducted from my account every month. I have been sending emails to the support email address supplied on the website since August to try and cancel my subscription. This is pathetic service! How can I get my subscription canceled?
