Bad service and ****mers

Called to get a quote for my washing machine paid a call-out fee they told me they will call me back with a quote and schedule a date for repairs they never returned they don’t respond to calls these guys will **** you for a call out fee of R500 and will never return. The business phone line is automated so good luck trying to call their offices
