Bad service and ****mers
Called to get a quote for my washing machine paid a call-out fee they told me they will call me back with a quote and schedule a date for repairs they never returned they don’t respond to calls these guys will **** you for a call out fee of R500 and will never return. The business phone line is automated so good luck trying to call their offices

Disgraceful Service
Never use this joke of a company for any of your fixes. Just makes excuses and do not fix your issues. Came to fix the rubber on my washing machine and came with the wrong rubber size. Left my washing machine not put together. Said they were going to come back the next day at 11 however never communicated. Everytime I tried calling they didnt take my call. Please do not trust them they have pathetic service

Disgraceful Service
Never use this joke of a company for any of your fixes. Just makes excuses and do not fix your issues. Came to fix the rubber on my washing machine and came with the wrong rubber size. Left my washing machine not put together. Said they were going to come back the next day at 11 however never communicated. Everytime I tried calling they didnt take my call. Please do not trust them they have pathetic service

Dont use Appliance Guru and their techs from Duck Appliances. ******* and shady workmanship.
Dont use these guys, asked them to assist with fixing two fans. They quoted me a cheap call out fee and then sent Mike from Duck Appliances. He arrived, said he wanted to take the two fans to get motors for them. He told me it was R2,800 tp repair the two fans and he would bring them back. He wanted to drop and go, but I said test them first. Plugged one in and it tripped the earth leakage. The second one worked, but only for a week. I padi him R1400 for the working fan and said he must let me know about the other. Mike told me 3 months guarantee on his work. Messaged him to tell him the fan is doing the same thing it did before he took it, no response. Thought I would put it out there so no one else gets taken for a ride.

Very bad experience with Appliance Guru
Our fridge required repairs on the 16th of September. It is the 13th of October and still not repaired after spending R3400. After multiple revisits and losing food we still have no working fridge. This company sells them as excellent high quality service repairs, its not.

****MERS AVOID
WORST SERVICE EVER!! WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!! They fixed nothing and charged everything, the repair or NOT repair was bad and customer service even worse. Dealt with Mind Tshabungu who after receiving my full payment and washing machine still not working wanted more money to buy addition parts. This makes no sense as he had the part in his vehicle that I paid R1850 for already, Machine still not working. AVOID these people they are unprofessional, unhelpful and completely disrespectful.
