Dont use these guys, asked them to assist with fixing two fans. They quoted me a cheap call out fee and then sent Mike from Duck Appliances. He arrived, said he wanted to take the two fans to get motors for them. He told me it was R2,800 tp repair the two fans and he would bring them back. He wanted to drop and go, but I said test them first. Plugged one in and it tripped the earth leakage. The second one worked, but only for a week. I padi him R1400 for the working fan and said he must let me know about the other. Mike told me 3 months guarantee on his work. Messaged him to tell him the fan is doing the same thing it did before he took it, no response. Thought I would put it out there so no one else gets taken for a ride.
Apparently a supplier to Takelot, but untraceable when you need them. Bought their kiddies XL 4x4 Jeep, barely lasted for 6 months, total ******* for R7k. No after sales by their partners in crime Takealot either, it is out of warrantee, don't want to help and won't give this suppliers repair centre contact details.
Don't buy from these guys. All super service till they have your money. When a 4x4 XL Jeep, apparentlty supp**** by a ghost called space jelly, a R7k product is a few days outside its 6 month warrantee, they simply cannot help you any longer because it is out of warrantee. Worst after sales service I have ever experienced. Rather buy somewhere else that.provides after sales service, even if it costs more because it will save you in the the long run
They are a ****, take your money, 2 months later no delivery. Email responses only automated messaged. Total ****, don't waste your money. I repeat do not order anything on the online store, they are a ****mer.
This is my second review about this sole proprietor. I put all the details in the first review and he had it removed because I used his company and personal full names. I will keep posting though to warn everyone about this con artist, and I am not alone, he has done to this many, many people. Do not do business with Johan from Eden Outside, he promises you the best results, takes your money, doesn't finish the job he quotes on and leaves you with a mess and in fact damages. Total ripoff, doesn't pitch when he says he will, workmanship is of a poor standard, quotes on one thing, delivers something totally different, his products he supplies are all half dead when they arrive, stay away. Taking the matter to court as we speak, I will post further about the outcome, watch this space....
I went online to [URL Removed] to purchase a once-off data bundle. After going through the entire transaction, I got the error message on their site that they were having technical problems (no surprise there) and that the purchase had not been provisioned. I logged out, back in, and tried again, but it gave me the same error. So i just left it. Only to find that I have been billed for two data bundle purchases on my account now. I have now spent two weeks on the phone with Vodacom to get this resolved, as I all I simply want is for one of the purchases to be reversed on my account. Do you think they are able to do this? Nope. All I keep getting told is that \our team is looking into it and we will contact you within 48 hours.\" Well, this is the longest 48 hours of my life, as I have not heard from anyone. Come on Vodacom, get it together, and do a simple reverse on a contract-holder's account. This is seriously not a huge ask. I expect this will be resolved today and that someone there, anyone, will actually communicate with me! "
No surprise Vodacom...I am still waiting for my major issues to be resolved by yourselves! I have resorted to trying to contact your CEO, posting on Hello Peter, spending my days on the phone calling every possible department in your organisation, being cut off by your staff when they cannot help me, and still NO ONE can assist, or even bother to call me and try to resolve the matter. Let me tell you, I will not be going away, and will persist until this is sorted. Do not reply to this telling me to send an email, as I have already done that, a few times, and still no one comes back to me, and your feeble response of \someone will contact you"is getting old.. Sort it out. Oh"
So I go into the Bayside Vodashop in the beginning of April and transfer my cell and data contracts onto my business account. I get written confirmation from Linia Mahachi that the changes have been done and am assured that my debit order will come off my business account on the 1 May 2014.<br> On the 4 of May Vodacom debits my personal account for these contracts instead of my business account and then they also debit my company account on the 7th of May? So I have been charged twice for April. Then since Tuesday the 5th until Friday the 8th of May I have been querying this. Linia has disappeared of the face of the planet and all I get it read receipts and Stacy tells me telephonically, that she will get someone to call me sometime..... So I get ripped off and I must now waste more of my time because no one is available and no one knows what's going on. Can someone tell me why I have paid twice for my cell phone and data contracts for one month. I want my money back thieves! Can someone contact me that is able to sort this out. I am due to upgrade but am now thinking of going elsewhere as I have a business to run and don't have time for bad service.
