Pathetic after sale service from professional appliances

<p>in January they came to fix my fridge after a power surge they were quick to come and fix the problem and charged me R1800 for the problem to be fixed after first quoting R1400 then R1600 and finally R1800 always finding something else wrong.After doing a damage report and supposedly checking my problem a guy named Fabian cane to see the fridge and said all will be fixed.Once the repair was done at the offices after being told they fix on site at your house my fridge was returned without my draws of the freezer....On Friday I called them to say the fridge is not working as they have a 3 month guarantee on there workmanship I was told they will be here @3 pm to witch they did not pitch I called again and was told 5 as the stuck at a customer they will come Saturday at 10,then 1,then 5 and they will bring my drawers...when I called on Sunday was told the promise will be her Monday at 10,then 1 then 3 and eventually 5...and much to no surprise they still have not pitched....they are crooks and liars and should be ashamed of themselves they don't deserve to be in business....I want a explaination and want my full refund back as this is absolute rubbish....I want a answer immediately </p>
