Applianceprofessionals.co.za are ******!!!
Promised to do a full service on my Aircon. All they did was regas...which took 2min...came inside...removed the filter from the inside unit...put it in water and put it back in. Said thats the service. Was probably here for 10min max. No cleaning of the outside unit...no oiling or greasing or even checking the components...then claimed thats a service..i refused to pay them a full amount when they did not service my unit. DO NOT USE THESE ******.

Repair ****
Don't use them! They "fixed" my dishwasher, I had a heating element issue, they took it away and said they replaced the heating element and board. Brought it back the following day. 3 weeks later I had the same issue. They told me they would come back, 2 months later after multiple conversations and sms's, they still haven't. I believe they ****med me and they didn't use new parts, they just got it going long enough so they could charge me. There website is https://applianceprofessional.co.za/

Worst service ever
Worst service I've ever received , should be an option for 0 stars , did a regas on my fridge like he said it needed was paid waited a few hours to see if was coming right but no luck , I called them back and they said they arnt coming back and they don't care I can do whatever I want . Bunch of *****s, honestly if you have any problems with anything rather buy a new instead of calling these guys it'll actually save you a lot of time

Poor Workmanship and Fraud
I will like to warn the public about Appliance Professionals / All Brands Appliances repairs company Our fridge was refilled with gas at the end of April 2020, (few weeks later I started experiencing headaches and a funny smell in the house but could not make any sense of) all went well with the fridge until 1st week of September, then the same problem occur, I telephoned the company to inform them of the problem and was told that they were in Mpumalanga therefore they cannot come immediately, that was the excuse on a daily basis, I could sense something was not right, I decided to use my home phone to phone them and book a new service with different address and they were all of a sudden not in Mpumalanga and they were going to be at my fake address in an hours’ time. Later that day I decided to call Bosch to come and investigate and this is what they found “the welding done by you popped and the gas leaked in my kitchen, as a result thereof they have caused a damage that is going to cost over R5000 to fix. I was charged almost R3000 for a poor workmanship that caused a major damage to my fridge and lost R4000 worth of food that I had to discard. The 6 months guarantee that’s on their invoice is actually worthless. Today I decided to write a formal complain and the response I got was they do not remember rendering a service to me despite proof of invoice and EFT payment I presented.

Appliance Prossional- Do NOT Use them- you will lose your money and sit with a broken appliance
Don’t honour repair warranties - constantly giving the run around. Also same experience as previous reviewer- regas and part. Warranty not honoured, repair only lasted for two months- no refunds.

I wish I read the review before, I was also robbed by these guys. I called them to come look at my fridge and was told it was gas and some parts, which they fixed and cost almost 3000 3 months down the line am sitting with the same problem and they are giving me the runaround then I decided to all Bosch only to fine out the only thing they did was to regas which they broke the lid and as a result gas is coming off and I have to pay almost 6000 to fix the whole thing. I am going to lay to report them to the police because they are con artists they need to be stopped

Please use this as a lesson to always insist on a receipt. Their website does not have an address, which should have made me suspicious in the first place. </p>

Pathetic after sale service from professional appliances
<p>in January they came to fix my fridge after a power surge they were quick to come and fix the problem and charged me R1800 for the problem to be fixed after first quoting R1400 then R1600 and finally R1800 always finding something else wrong.After doing a damage report and supposedly checking my problem a guy named Fabian cane to see the fridge and said all will be fixed.Once the repair was done at the offices after being told they fix on site at your house my fridge was returned without my draws of the freezer....On Friday I called them to say the fridge is not working as they have a 3 month guarantee on there workmanship I was told they will be here @3 pm to witch they did not pitch I called again and was told 5 as the stuck at a customer they will come Saturday at 10,then 1,then 5 and they will bring my drawers...when I called on Sunday was told the promise will be her Monday at 10,then 1 then 3 and eventually 5...and much to no surprise they still have not pitched....they are crooks and liars and should be ashamed of themselves they don't deserve to be in business....I want a explaination and want my full refund back as this is absolute rubbish....I want a answer immediately </p>
