I have applied for encashment of my policy on the 20th of October 2021 and was told it takes up to 8 days working days to process payment, today is the the 11th of November & I’m still waiting. I have followed up with phone calls & emails all I get it’s empty promises and a different story each time.
I will like to warn the public about Appliance Professionals / All Brands Appliances repairs company Our fridge was refilled with gas at the end of April 2020, (few weeks later I started experiencing headaches and a funny smell in the house but could not make any sense of) all went well with the fridge until 1st week of September, then the same problem occur, I telephoned the company to inform them of the problem and was told that they were in Mpumalanga therefore they cannot come immediately, that was the excuse on a daily basis, I could sense something was not right, I decided to use my home phone to phone them and book a new service with different address and they were all of a sudden not in Mpumalanga and they were going to be at my fake address in an hours’ time. Later that day I decided to call Bosch to come and investigate and this is what they found “the welding done by you popped and the gas leaked in my kitchen, as a result thereof they have caused a damage that is going to cost over R5000 to fix. I was charged almost R3000 for a poor workmanship that caused a major damage to my fridge and lost R4000 worth of food that I had to discard. The 6 months guarantee that’s on their invoice is actually worthless. Today I decided to write a formal complain and the response I got was they do not remember rendering a service to me despite proof of invoice and EFT payment I presented.
will like to register my disappointment with Tyme bank service; my account was blocked during transfers that I was making, I received an sms to contact the bank as they suspected fraud, but when I call the number that was given I really got the shock of my life when I was told to wait for 4 days for fraud department to contact me, what kind of service is this, do I have to wait for so long to access funds in my account, so in the meantime I can’t move around as I don’t have petrol, my kids can’t go to school or eat when there are funds in my account.
I will like to register a disappointment and poor customer service I’m receiving from Alexander Forbes, my company emailed my pension withdrawal form on the 29th of April 2021; after a week I also forwarded the same to them & once again for the 3rd time I forwarded the form to them, HR dept followed up with them and they assured us that they have received the form. Only on the 25th of May when I thought I will soon be receiving payment is when I receive an sms confirming that the claim is received. I then emailed them to query this and I got a reply that said my withdrawal form was only received a month later, how possible is that. What must I do in the meantime; should I just wait for the bank to come repossess my cars & pay heavy interest for my home bond because of their incompetence. This is really unacceptable behavior from them.
Absa notified me that I will not have access to my account due to non payment and they have since taken legal action against me. To my surprise the accepted a deposit from SARS, how possible this is as u was notified that i will not have access to the account which it’s true on several occasions I tried to log on but I couldn’t Today I’m told that the funds are used to pay towards my overdraft which is already handed over to their attorneys I find the practice unethical, my children are sitting at home due to lack of funds as I’m unemployed but they choose to take the money and I’m still expected to defend myself in court, I really need those funds to settle school fees.
I wish I read the review before, I was also robbed by these guys. I called them to come look at my fridge and was told it was gas and some parts, which they fixed and cost almost 3000 3 months down the line am sitting with the same problem and they are giving me the runaround then I decided to all Bosch only to fine out the only thing they did was to regas which they broke the lid and as a result gas is coming off and I have to pay almost 6000 to fix the whole thing. I am going to lay to report them to the police because they are con artists they need to be stopped
