Stay away from them!!!

The company has an amazing website but they have no clue regarding appliance repairs. They replaced a megnatron on our microwave ( as per Whirlpools advise on the error code), they then removed the unit to have it tested and repaired at their workshop, I explicitly requested a quotation before they start with repairs. I requested a quote 3 times, they keep on referring you another person. Then I realised they are basically the same company as Speartech Century Holdings. I refused to take delivery before I receive a quote (4th request) I was phoned and informed that they had to replace the electronic board and the microwave is now fixed, then they phoned and informed me that the door switch is also faulty and is being replaced. They eventually send the quote for R2600.00 and brought the unit back. When I tested it it was still not working, they then fetched their "expert", what a disaster. Long story short I paid for something that I had to throw away. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES
