Extremely Rude Sales Consultant

I reached out to Appliance Parts Online in order to enquire on if they sold Bosch parts. I received a very rude voice note from a consultant, asking me how can they know what I’m looking for if I haven’t given them any details but I was simply asking if they stock Bosch parts. This consultant was extremely rude to me as a first time customer just enquiring. When I provided them with my part details, I was ignored and they never got back to me. How can this company talk to potential clients this way? Shocking and sad. I would not recommend this
