They're business model is to approach existing developments, and convince the body corporate / managing agents to switch over to them and will be 'rewarded' with a ± 15cents reduction in the typical unit cost. That's when all the nonsense and troubles start. They cannot do on-site testing, they cannot test the functional unit testing, everything requires an expensive means to tests, constant delays +++ Rather stay with proven and long terms utility companies, as you'll regret AMI. And if you have changed to AMI, get your Body Corporate to move back to your previous provider.
