What a useless company run by the Schimpler family. They only have family members in the company, and all other 'employees' are contractors. They're business model is to approach existing developments, and convince the body corporate / managing agents to switch over to them and will be 'rewarded' with a ± 15cents reduction in the typical unit cost. That's when all the nonsense and troubles start. They cannot do on-site testing, they cannot test the functional unit testing, everything requires an expensive means to tests, constant delays +++ Rather stay with proven and long terms utility companies, as you'll regret AMI. And if you have changed to AMI, get your Body Corporate to move back to your previous provider.

Moved into a unit with utilities managed by them and it has been hell for the past 7days. Keep purchasing tokens and they don't reflect anywhere . You call the call center you are sent to WhatsApp from WhatsApp you are sent to send emails where they take their time to respond. There's no system in place for urgent queries.

I am deeply frustrated by their failure to provide a satisfactory explanation for a sudden spike in my hot water bill. The lack of transparency and clarity in their communication has left me feeling both baffled and dissatisfied. Upon noticing a significant increase in my hot water bill compared to previous months, I reached out to App**** Meter Innovation for clarification. However, instead of receiving a clear and concise explanation, I was met with vague responses and unhelpful graphs that only added to my confusion. One of the main issues I encountered was their inability to provide a detailed breakdown of my water usage. When I requested a statement outlining exactly how much water was consumed on a daily basis, I was simply provided with a graph that purported to show usage patterns over time. However, upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the data presented on the graph was inconsistent and misleading. Not only did the graph fail to account for days when I was not even at the flat, but it also suggested that water was being used during periods when I know for a fact that no one was present. This blatant discrepancy between the data provided and my actual usage patterns only served to further exacerbate my frustration with the company.

The most pathetic inhuman service I ever dealt with, It took them 3 days just to fix my water meter but the worst part is that I am waiting since January and it is now April just for them to refund my water token. I have enquired and they keep telling me to wait. Your entire business is a failure as it takes an entire day , numerous messages and phone calls to get a decent response.
