I have tried numerous times to get through to customer service, but the service is so pathetic as no one answers the phones. I have chatted to 3 different people on their WhatsApp channel and clearly not 1 person has reading skills.
The service is absolutely appalling; they spend more time on advertising than they do on resolving customer related issues. I purchased a Christmas gift for my sons on the 12th of Dec and still have not received it. I have tried reaching out to them via email and WhatsApp and the responses are very vague and not helpful at all. One Deal A Day must fall.
The most pathetic inhuman service I ever dealt with, It took them 3 days just to fix my water meter but the worst part is that I am waiting since January and it is now April just for them to refund my water token. I have enquired and they keep telling me to wait. Your entire business is a failure as it takes an entire day , numerous messages and phone calls to get a decent response.
