I have ordered on the 27 of February, still no order, no answer, no response from them. They are a ripoff. You pay for goods #933431. This is not acceptable. If I could rate them, I would give them zero stars

I ordered 2 standing fans. I was alerted that there is a delay, not much of an issue, I can wait another week. Only one was delivered. I immediately contacted them on their website and haven't heard anything in almost a week.

They have the worst customer service ever. I placed a order in December i received it the 17 i opened the table only to see the table is damaged i lodged a complaint no response and tried every week to get response then about 2 weeks ago someone eventually answered and then they had the nerve to tell me this is the first time they hearing about it lucky I kept all the emails and messages which i sent they then sent me a new table only to discover when we opened it was even worse than the previous one and now i sent them messages again and no reaponse again this is actually very pathetic. If i went to a Pakistani shop to buy it they would never give me such a product and i am sure there customer service will be even better.

I purchased the TurboWind 18-inch Standing Fan on 13 February 2026 and received it on 23 February 2026. Due to my schedule, I only had time to unbox it on 13 March 2026. From the start, this product has been a disappointment. There was no instruction manual included in the box. I reached out via WhatsApp and, after waiting without feedback, eventually received piecemeal instructions through chat messages. Even with those, I struggled to assemble the fan and had to ask my neighbor for assistance to finally get the parts hooked together. Once assembled, the performance was extremely poor. On the highest setting (3), the fan produces noise without airflow—you can barely feel any breeze. The only positive thing I can say is that the fan looks nice aesthetically, but it completely fails at its basic purpose: keeping you cool. This has been a frustrating and disappointing purchase. I would strongly caution others not to buy this item, as it does not deliver on its promises and the lack of proper instructions only adds to the frustration.

Absolute disgusting service. Sent an email on 12 arch to find out what the progress is on an order I placed and till now 16 March not even a response. Also sent a whats app message also no response. Will NEVER EVER use them or recommend them to anybody waste of time and money I cannot complain about the customer service- there is none !

So, on 26 Feb 2026 I ordered 2 "CyberPulse Gaming Chair" and a ChillMate Portable Fridge". The order was placed and paid. On 4 March I got an email saying my order was "slightly" delayed without any reason for the delay. Now it is 16 March and after numerous attempts to contact them, I have had no response! The phone number does not get answered, the whatsapp line only states that the 10 working day period has not passed yet (do the math), the email is not rep**** to and even the contact form on the website is moot. The satus of my order on the website still just states "processing"
