I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Steers Mall of Africa. Despite there being only two customers ahead of me, I waited an unreasonably long time to be served. I then had to wait even longer for my order, as I was told it was still being prepared. When I eventually received my order, the food was freezing cold, the cheese had not even melted. To make matters worse, my order was provided without any condiments. It is unacceptable that I paid R115 for a burger and chips and did not receive salt and sauce, which I paid for. Your staff need to be made aware that condiments are not complimentary; customers pay for them. This level of service is completely unacceptable and disgusting
FragranceX is a ****. Do not buy from them. I placed my order on 28 July 2025, they promised to send an email. I never received an email, haven't received my order, status is order created, they are not responding to my emails and there's no option to cancel after paying.
Beyond ****ed off with the *** service I received from Courier when I have recommended them so much. I raised a complained and they blue ticked me, lapho I use them almost weekly. I'm even drafting this now because I need to courier now they think they own the industry. I hope they keep up with *** service so they lose the customers because they are now arrogant

Despite the label claiming 48-hour sweat and odour protection, I’ve found that my underarms begin to smell within just 8 hours of application. I'm not sure what changes have been made to the ingredients, but unfortunately, the new formula doesn't seem to be effective

I submitted a funeral claim on the 10 days ago and got an email that the turn around time is 24 - 48 hours. No ever called, each time I call I'm told it's being processed and escalated. The agents just don't care
I have a telkom sim card, when I buy data. It doesn't work. The last time I bought a 500mb data on23 February 2025, it did not work. I called the call centre and spoke with Thobile who could not assist but logged a call for me and gave me a reference number. She also promised to make a note for me to get reimbursed for the data I could not used. The technical department called me today, 4 days later and said they do not find any issues and will not be reimbursing me.
Makro stole my money. They canceled some items due to no stock, they've refunded some money and are ignored me when i enquire about my money. I wrote a Complaint regarding Makro, they responded privately with they will investigate and get back to me. They still haven't and they won't. MAKRO DON'T YOU DARE RESPOND PRIVATELY. PAY BACK MY MONEY.
I am beyond ****ed off with the *** service I have received from Makro. I placed an order on November 20, 2024, and was informed that delivery would occur on November 22, 2024. However, they repeatedly canceled items from the same order and issued a partial refund. The refund page indicated that there were outstanding refunds, yet some amounts were not reflected. I reached out for clarification but have yet to receive a response. As it stands, they still owe me R4000. On Friday, November 22, I received an email stating that my order was delayed and would now be delivered on Saturday, November 23. I was given the option to reschedule and add a delivery note, so I scheduled the delivery for Monday, November 25, as the delivery location does not accept deliveries on weekdays. I also requested that they deliver by 3 PM. It is now 4:15 PM, and the delivery has still not arrived. I have been on hold with the call center for over 15 minutes, and the representative is currently communicating with their delivery team. I'm more ****ed that i don't even know what items will actually be delivered, given their history of cancellations.
A deep search was done on my credit profile by FNB, but no one ever contacted me. Messing up my credit profile
