Sever allergy attack from Revlon colour silk hair dye .. had to be admitted to Medicross .. to date nothing has happened or responded just a email to ask how much the product cost .. pictures are hectic . And lucky it didn't go into my throat Server swelling in started at the back of of head and just moved forward ..

I've sent them a email 12 days ago and no response and that after I submitted a complain on their website a week before the 12 days. I think that this is really poor service if you pay almost R50 for spray and the nozzles is clocked up and the spray is running down the bottle. How difficult can it be to reply a email.

Defective Revlon Flex Mousse – No Product Dispensed Dear Revlon Customer Service, I recently purchased a can of Revlon Flex Mousse, and unfortunately, the product is defective. Despite multiple attempts, nothing comes out of the spout—there appears to be no air or pressure in the container. I paid a premium price for this product and am very disappointed with the experience. I would appreciate a replacement or a refund for this faulty item. I went onto the Revlon.co.za website several times to complain but their "Contact us" feature just gives an error. I went onto the internatuinal website where i explauned that there is a problem on the Revlon SA website but I have up to date not received any response. Sincerely, Sandra Potgieter

Good day, I have been using Mitchum for many years and have always been satisfied with the product. However, I’ve noticed a recent change since the introduction of the "x3 Triple Odour Protection" formula. Despite the label claiming 48-hour sweat and odour protection, I’ve found that my underarms begin to smell within just 8 hours of application. I'm not sure what changes have been made to the ingredients, but unfortunately, the new formula doesn't seem to be effective.

None of their foundation colour codes match up! I am currently struggling to get stock of the Candid range of foundation in Sand Beige code 220. A few months ago I also struggled to get the Candid range in this colour and so I bought Sand Beige in expensive Age Defying glass bottle which colour is too dark and has different code range from the Candid, code25. Waste of my monies! Then today again no Candid in Sand Beige in stock so I now bought the Colourstay FULL cover in Sand Beige but the code was 210 and once again TOO DARK. Very expensive to not stick to the same colour.
