I've sent them a email 12 days ago and no response and that after I submitted a complain on their website a week before the 12 days

I've sent them a email 12 days ago and no response and that after I submitted a complain on their website a week before the 12 days. I think that this is really poor service if you pay almost R50 for spray and the nozzles is clocked up and the spray is running down the bottle. How difficult can it be to reply a email.
