We are very disappointed in Mitchum poor quality!! Deodorant evaporate before using.
I have been battling to get my own information from momentum since 12 June 2024 untill now no one has been assisting me. This is very bad!!!
I am a single mom. My ex-husband had a massive stroke 2 August 2023. Since then I could not paid or afford fiber any more. My fiber account is a month to month contract. I had a SMS September that my fiber is going to be disconnected and I must pay a fee when I want to reconnect. I phone MWEB as well and spoke to a rude lady. Then I also got a statement of R0.00 balance and al out of the blue I was handed over. This is very bad customer service. I could and still can't afford fiber and there was no assistance or help from MWEB even the lady I spoke to was extremely rude. Can you please assist.
