Poor customer service - Cancellation of contract in person
I am very disappointed with Planet Fitness in Kolonnade Mall in Zambezi Pretoria. The service when my son joined them was good and fast. When he went in person to cancel it looks like they did not cancel the contract and still deducted money. Contract number ***4 replies
