Poor customer service - Cancellation of contract in person
I am very disappointed with Planet Fitness in Kolonnade Mall in Zambezi Pretoria. The service when my son joined them was good and fast. When he went in person to cancel it looks like they did not cancel the contract and still deducted money. Contract number 0609145060081

We are very disappointed in Mitchum poor quality!! Deodorant evaporate before using.

MWEB bad service and no assistance.
I am a single mom. My ex-husband had a massive stroke 2 August 2023. Since then I could not paid or afford fiber any more. My fiber account is a month to month contract. I had a SMS September that my fiber is going to be disconnected and I must pay a fee when I want to reconnect. I phone MWEB as well and spoke to a rude lady. Then I also got a statement of R0.00 balance and al out of the blue I was handed over. This is very bad customer service. I could and still can't afford fiber and there was no assistance or help from MWEB even the lady I spoke to was extremely rude. Can you please assist.
