Order Nr. 72738457 I placed an order with FragranceX for delivery to South Africa on 12 February, and I have still received no response, no update, and no refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have received absolutely no reply. There has been zero communication regarding my order status, shipping, or any delay. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If a company cannot fulfill an order, the very least they can do is communicate with the customer and process a refund. Being ignored completely is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from FragranceX if you expect reliable delivery or proper customer support.

I recently purchased a Jo Malone from FragranceX and was extremely disappointed with my order. The fragrance I received smells nothing like the authentic version I’ve bought before. It lacks the original scent profile, depth, and longevity that the genuine product has. Based on these differences, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the perfume supp****. I contacted FragranceX regarding my concerns and they do not cover shipping for the return or the customs charge. It’s very disappointing, as I chose to order from them trusting their reputation for genuine products. I would like to caution other customers to be aware and to verify their purchases carefully. Authenticity and transparency are important, especially when buying premium fragrances online.

FragranceX is a ****. Do not buy from them. I placed my order on 28 July 2025, they promised to send an email. I never received an email, haven't received my order, status is order created, they are not responding to my emails and there's no option to cancel after paying.

They don't send the orders !!! Then they ask for a photo (any, the photo doesn't matter since they don't have the photo of the delivery) to Intelcom and they sent a photo of 2 Amazon packages in my wife's name (I zoomed in on the 2 packages, moreover the photo sent is during the day while the package was supposedly delivered in the evening) !!! They ignore the law and commit ******* practices!!! ****MERS !!! p.s.: we have cameras ;) p.p.s. : good comments are ****

Their responses were dismissive and unhelpful, with a focus on shifting blame to the manufacturer or claiming that variations in packaging are acceptable. This demonstrates a complete lack of accountability for selling counterfeit products and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against purchasing from FragranceX.com. Their unwillingness to address legitimate concerns about counterfeit goods and their poor customer service make them an unreliable and ************* retailer. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a reputable seller who values their customers and stands behind the authenticity of their products.

FregnanceX is refusing my refund too.Company is portraying to be a merchant of original Dior merchandise but is really a **** company since FragnanceX is completely a different company from FregnanceX, but the logo of FregnanceX says FragnanceX instead. I would advise all people ****med by this **** company to report ***** to their banks, so that the matter can be passed onto South African ***** prevention services. Furthermore open up a case of ***** with the SAPS and request a Section 205 so that the ****mer can be personally traced and dealt with.

I placed my order on 20 May, and all the products I bought were IN STOCK. On 27 May and the order has not been shipped yet. The tracker on their website shows the order still at their premises. The tracker number provided does not work on DPD tracking website (there is no associated airwaybill number). When I emailed them on why the parcel has not left their premisis, I get a generic response that it takes 4-12 days. (I feel like I have been ****med)
