Don't buy from this company
Order Nr. 72738457 I placed an order with FragranceX for delivery to South Africa on 12 February, and I have still received no response, no update, and no refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have received absolutely no reply. There has been zero communication regarding my order status, shipping, or any delay. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If a company cannot fulfill an order, the very least they can do is communicate with the customer and process a refund. Being ignored completely is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from FragranceX if you expect reliable delivery or proper customer support.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disgusting Experience at Eastgate Mochachos – Never Again! I had one of the worst fast-food experiences of my life at Mochachos Eastgate and feel compelled to warn others. I ordered chicken from this branch on 2 August 2025, and from the very first bite, it was clear something was wrong. The chicken had a disgusting, old oily taste and smell—like it had been fried in the same dirty oil for days. It was honestly inedible. I brought this to the attention of the owner, expecting a simple apology or at least a refund. Instead, I was met with rudeness and arrogance. The owner flat-out refused to refund me and to make matters worse, he even took back the chicken I had already paid for, leaving me with absolutely nothing. No apology. No replacement. Just an abrupt and dismissive attitude. His exact words were along the lines of “Go complain to head office if you want,” which speaks volumes about how little he values customer service. This is not just poor service – it’s completely unacceptable. To serve food that smells off and then treat a paying customer like a nuisance is a disgrace. I will never return to Mochachos Eastgate and will be warning friends, family, and the public to stay far away. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off buying a rotisserie chicken at a garage shop than eating this greasy mess. I will also be taking this up with Mochachos Head Office, because this kind of service should not be allowed under any brand name

BAD INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS
This company that was warned serveral years about the deteriorating LTE service by ceo of vodacom regarding the sales and the effectiveness of selling more subscriptions to thd network, I pay in advance subscription that interupted daily with downtime or no network because of this max out service provided who has the audacity to raise the installment for their benefit with poorly fun business, i want someone to explain to me the downtime I've incurred and I want to be refunded accordingly or I will take it with ombudsman for further investigation,

Pathetic Workmanship
Be very careful about taking your pride and joy this character, deceitful and constantly lying , he work is pathetic and it seems like he running a fish and chip business , your battery will be stolen or used in another vehicle as and when needed , personal items will be misplaced or lossed and then the lies will begin ,claiming he didnt received the items, my keys were loss promting me to buy a after market ignition , speakers were misplaced, my original filter stolen and not replaced, battery took a walk , whitewall stolen and carcover vanished , take your vehicle to a reputable company that is honest and trustworthy...(Creative Rides )does awesome work , I wouldn't recommend thi guy anyone trying to restore your vehicle, he will make you wait once the deposit paid... This guy is not RMI affiliated and really takes chances with Airrides Suspension , return cars are inevitable with fail units I've seen this first hand , my sound installation was inferior and wires not tape at all... Dont even think he has business liability cover, All in all your have been warned

People often have no idea they've been ripped off.
<p>Took my car into Ace of Dubs Volksie shop (wynberg) for repairs ...R10k later Mike the owner called stating the car ready for collection upon collected my car i notice that the new battery has been changed to another battery further more the car did not sound well ...i asked and was told it was cold , the headlamp globes were removed and the entire car was not repaired accordingly to what he quoted....These guys will ripp you off , with lots of lies and decit.i called the onwer regarding several problem and said we told u the now the engine needs work ....</p>
