Very poor service through one deal a day!

I've ordered on the 3rd of May, since 8th of May my order was processing.. I've tried to contact via email, WhatsApp and tried calling(getting voicemail), sent a message via Facebook.. I can't get anyone to answer me on when my order will be sent.. Very poor service and I don't recommend anyone to order through one deal a day.. you will be waiting forever for your order..
