Unfortunate bad experience, called them for a fridge that was not working. The advised i must pay the callout fee upfront, so i did. This was before 12, After calling them again to hear what the ETA is, they advised that they can only help us the next day, im sorry but when to make a upfront EFT for the callout , you expect service same day. After many WhatsApp's back and forth the callout fee was refunded, they also stated if i leave bad reviews they have attorneys working on matters like this, i told them ill only report facts, would avoid them but that's just my opinion !

WARNING ⚠️🚨 Do not use Applique Appliances in Vanderbijlpark for any repair service. We had a call out to our house that was R320, Just for them to tell use what is wrong with our washing machine. The two men that came to our house to inspect our washing machine said that the magnet was gone & we only need a new small magnet, it will be a very cheap fix. They did not have the magnet with them, so they said they will come the next day to replace it. I paid them the R320 for the call out & they left. The next day we received a quote form Applique Appliances that stated it will be over R700 to fix our washing machine. There were things mentioned that weren't even broken on our washing machine. We then declined the quote & said we will get the magnet ourself & just replace it as it is a very easy fix. The receiption lady replied we are not allowed to do it ourselves, we must use them as they said what was wrong with our washing machine. What happened to free choice? It is our money and we have a choice if we want to use their service or not!!!!! These people are bullies, they lie with eyes open. Do not use them please!!!!!!!!!

I have a Whirlpool 16l washing machine. Clothes come out wet. Called whirlpool to send out a technician, they said Applique Appliance from Vanderbijlpark, comes out to my area. They checked my machine and said it was the belt, they did not take my model number or belt number. They came out 9 June 2021 which was a Thursday. Technician said it was the belt and said they would call me back with a quote, I paid R600 for call out fee. Tuesday morning receive a message from whirlpool that my job was completed, on website I said it was not. Applique Appliance, then called that afternoon to ask if I want the part, mind you next day being a public holiday, they would have to order and it would take a week, me already being upset said I would look for a belt, and if I did not find one I would call them back, exactly what was said in the phone call, spoke to them nicely, in case I did not find a belt. The following week I phoned back, I had gone to a spare place and put an order for my belt. Got there no order put in, that was the following Monday. Called Applique Appliance to go ahead and order my belt. Called a week later told that they would get back to me. Waited another week. Called again same thing. Sent an email to whirlpool which is under KIC, told them the problem, asked me what was my model number and part number. Told me someone would get back to me. Waited a day called them. The lady on the other end said she had no recollection of our phone calls, which I replied I have it all on my phone. Told me she would order the part. That was 29th June 2021. I phoned yesterday was told the lady who deals with these calls works from home and I must give my name they will call me back. In the afternoon I get an sms from whirlpool (KIC) that my Job card is complete. It is now the 8th of June 2021. No Job done. Yet they have sent a message to whirlpool that the Job is done. It seems they get the call out fee and don't care about the rest. This is a month of waiting R600 paid no work done.

Have a washing machine from game and game send this company to check for the issue. They rock up 3 hours after expected time. After 5 min they tell me whats wrong and takes 3 weeks to provide feedback. I phone and they just say they will phone me back later the same day. 3 weeks still nothing

Bad service. Bad workmanship. Stop working for samsung you making samsung product more bad than it is. You repaird my machine with a spinner motor and seal bad workmanship has led to the spinnermotor to break the ear piece off. Was not tight enough. . Samsung must stop using you as a service provider. The very 1st time your repair man though my driveway was kayalami and bump my dog and rode off. Sies man.

Owners start to swear at clients when they are critizised about their bad service. They are tremendously rude! They make arrangements and don't stick with it and wastes the clients' and epmloyees's time. The fact that they will scream and use degrading words towards clients is mindblowing and wil certainly cause that I will NEVER do work with them or the companies with whom they are associated.

I was informed they will come and repair my oven at 12:00 then a lady with no manners without greeting or introducing herself and ask WHO IS THIS phones me to tell me at 11:45am that the technician will not wait any longer
