WATCH OUT!!!!! My Wife and I booked accomodation and flights throught Tania Joo******vin Jooste’s Wife at her travel agency that has done this to many people ATP travel. We paid Tania in full and every time we called to enquire about the tickets and accomodation confirmation. Every time we called, emailed or whatsapped her she had some excuse and never rep**** to our messages. I tried calling numerous times. She never answered any of my calls and all communication from her side stopped. Her husband Alvin Jooste the owner of Shine A lot who when I made contact he states “ I have done nothing to you so don't comb me under the same comb. If you feel that way about me that's your perogative. I know who I am. I am not ashamed of anything in my life. I have made many mistakes but I as Alvin Jooste have never wronged you. Sorry you feel that way about me. Have a great day. “. He also states that what he’s wife does is her business and not he’s …….!!

They are complete *****sters and I suggest you NOT book through them at all. ATP does not exist and neither does their profiles on any social media platform.be careful of this married couple!!! The saddest thing is I knew them personally.
