Mauritius vacation 🇲🇺
We booked in Feb for September vacation going to Mauritius 🇲🇺 fun was had.....would really recommend them to friends and family. Keep up the good work you are helping us create beautiful memories ❤️

Mauritius Travellers 🇲🇺
Would like to share my recent experience with APT travels. We 6 gals travelled to Mauritius 🇲🇺 on the 25th of September 2025 and came back 30 September We had good time and we booked at mystik lifestyle hotels. Fun was had. Avoid Tanya Jooste and APT Work and Travel Agency - ****MER and *****!
Avoid any dealings with Tanya Jooste from APT Work and Travel agency in Pretoria. She is a total ****mer who will take your money and then give excuses as to why she hasn't used it to pay for flights, accommodation & travel. She has ****med us out of over R80 000 and left 5 youngsters stranded in Zanzibar with no accommodation and no return flights. She is a ****, a ***** and a ****mer who belongs in jail. ******** charges have been laid against her by multiple people for her ***** and ******** activity. Tanya Jooste APT WORK AND TRAVEL ****
I am extremely traumatized and disgusted at Tanya Jooste and APT WORK AND TRAVEL. On 1 August 2024 I booked a trip to NZ for myself and my 2 foster children to attend my grand daughter's wedding on 29 November. Tanya insisted that I paid the full amount of R82 000 within 24 hours. R40 000 was paid immediately and within 12 hours the price had gone up by R4000 and I paid R46000 immediately or I would lose the booking, she said. I made several enquiries about the booking and payment receipt but got no response for 3 weeks. In September I discovered that she had vacated the premises that she was advertising as her business premises more than 2 years ago and that she was operating from home. After many requests for payment and itinerary confirmation, she agreed to meet with me in September to discuss the issues. By this time I had proceeded with my own VISA applications, for which I had paid her and requested a refund. At the meeting, she told me that she had not paid for the tickets or Visas. She also indicated that she no longer had the money I paid her and that she had used it. She promised that we would fly on 23 November. Below her email undertaking on 25 September. From: Tanya@ap*****.co.za <Tanya@ap*****.co.za> Sent: Wednesday, 25 September 2024 17:11 To: 'Isabel Sanderson' <isabel.sanderson@up.ac.za> Subject: MEETING 24TH SEP Good Morning Isabel thank you for the time to meet with me yesterday to discuss everything and a way forward. I will refund your visa money and insurance money to you within this week. I will refund the R40 000 so it generates back into your account for you to repay back to me in order for me to issue the first ticket within next few weeks That I will issue all 3 tickets over a spaced time so that you all still travel on 23rd November as per booking I am holding. I confirm I have the bookings on hold as per itinerary off Amadeus that I emailed to you on Monday I will not let you down – as per our messages this afternoon I will send pop tomorrow before 10h00 for the visa and insurance. Kindest Regards Tanya none of this happened. I asked her to issue a receipt for the money paid to her in order for me to prove that I had booked and paid for return flights. She wrote 7 iterations of receipts with the wrong dates and amounts paid. I realized that I was in big trouble when she indicated that she was going to borrow money from an investor to pay for our tickets. I enquired daily about the progress and finally received a letter from a lawyer stating that I had to make any inquiries regarding my booking to them. Two days later the lawayer indicated that they were no longer representing Tanya and that I had to negotiate with her directly. On the 17 October I borrowed money and booked new fligths and submitted Visas. On 22 November I received the following mail. This was 1 day before our departure: Tanya@ap*****.co.za 22 Nov 2024, 20:35 Good Morning Isabel – firstly my greatest apologies to you and your family for this inconvenience and disappointment caused around your holiday. I understand and agree that APT agreed to refund you the amount paid on air tickets and the extra you had to pay in on purchasing new tickets to fly . At this stage APT is not in the situation to refund any monies but we are working on a solution to refund you asap Please also if we can communicate further on email only Thank you Tanya She has not made contact with me and has made no attempt to indicate that she was going to make good on her promise. Do not do business with this woman as she is a ruthless *****. Unless you have money for a lawayer and if everyone that she ****s reports her, she will not be prosecuted. She will keep getting away with what she does.

WATCH OUT!!!!! My Wife and I booked accomodation and flights throught Tania Joo******vin Jooste’s Wife at her travel agency that has done this to many people ATP travel. We paid Tania in full and every time we called to enquire about the tickets and accomodation confirmation. Every time we called, emailed or whatsapped her she had some excuse and never rep**** to our messages. I tried calling numerous times. She never answered any of my calls and all communication from her side stopped. Her husband Alvin Jooste the owner of Shine A lot who when I made contact he states “ I have done nothing to you so don't comb me under the same comb. If you feel that way about me that's your perogative. I know who I am. I am not ashamed of anything in my life. I have made many mistakes but I as Alvin Jooste have never wronged you. Sorry you feel that way about me. Have a great day. “. He also states that what he’s wife does is her business and not he’s …….!! They are complete *****sters and I suggest you NOT book through them at all. ATP does not exist and neither does their profiles on any social media platform.be careful of this married couple!!! The saddest thing is I knew them personally.

Beware of Tanya Jooste at APT Travel Agent!
We booked our honeymoon to Zanzibar through Tanya, and what was supposed to be a dream vacation quickly turned into a nightmare. Tanya pressured us into making urgent payments for what she claimed were exclusive deals on accommodation and flight tickets. However, after paying, she repeatedly came up with excuses for not sending us the necessary travel documents, including claiming she was in the hospital with her father. Eventually, she stopped answering our calls and ignored our follow-up messages. This lack of communication forced us to take legal action. Please do yourself a favor and avoid using her services – you’ll only end up disappointed and out of pocket.

Stay away from Tanya Jooste and APT Work and Travel - You will loose all your money.
I am utterly disgruntled and dismayed about TANYA AMANDA JOOSTE of ATP WORK AND TRAVEL AGENCY, and want to warn other people not to make use of her. On 2 July 2024, she provided us with a quotation for a family holiday in Mauritius in January 2025 for an amount of R 415,000.00. We paid the full amount to her on 3 July 2024, because she led us to believe that we could lose this “special offer” and that the “airlines would cancel our flight tickets” if we did not pay immediately, thereby falsely creating the impression that she would pay all amounts due to the suppliers immediately. From 26 September 2024 until 1 November 2024, we almost daily requested proof of payment of our airline tickets and accommodation, which she refused to provide, raising feeble excuses and repeatedly assuring us that all hotel and flight bookings are safe and that she will send proof. On 13 November 2024 she personally confirmed in writing that she can no longer honor our bookings and had the audacity to suggest that WE PAY FOR THE HOLIDAY AGAIN (which was even more than her first quote) because she cannot refund us in time for our January booking. We could not afford to pay nearly half a million Rand again, and lost both our holiday and hard-earned money. This holiday represented the culmination of our savings, for a final family holiday with our children and grandchild which we will never be able to repeat. There are a many other people who’s money she also appropriated and who have laid ******** complaints against her with the Police like we did.
