Beware of Tanya Jooste at APT Travel Agent!
We booked our honeymoon to Zanzibar through Tanya, and what was supposed to be a dream vacation quickly turned into a nightmare. Tanya pressured us into making urgent payments for what she claimed were exclusive deals on accommodation and flight tickets. However, after paying, she repeatedly came up with excuses for not sending us the necessary travel documents, including claiming she was in the hospital with her father. Eventually, she stopped answering our calls and ignored our follow-up messages. This lack of communication forced us to take legal action. Please do yourself a favor and avoid using her services – you’ll only end up disappointed and out of pocket.

Beware of APT Work and Travel & Tanya Jooste - Terrible Experience!
My partner and I had the misfortune of dealing with Tanya Jooste from APT Work and Travel for our honeymoon to Zanzibar, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We initially contacted Tanya to help us with our flight tickets and accommodation arrangements, and she promised to handle everything. After we made an upfront payment of R48,000.00, things began to take a turn for the worse. When we requested our travel documents, Tanya kept cancelling on us or avoided providing any concrete answers. Each time we asked for our flight details or accommodation confirmation, she would either give vague responses or make excuses about why she couldn't provide them. When we started to become suspicious and decided to look up reviews, it became clear we were not the only ones who had been ****med. Unfortunately, by the time we realized what was happening, it was too late. Tanya stopped responding to us altogether, and we were left with nothing—no tickets, no accommodation, and no refund. We have repeatedly asked for a refund, but she just keeps dodging the issue. It's heartbreaking to realize that we’ve been taken advantage of, especially for something as important as our honeymoon. Tanya Jooste’s behavior is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and predatory. I honestly hope this review helps others avoid the same heartache we went through. Tanya Jooste and APT Work and Travel are NOT trustworthy, and we strongly urge anyone considering using their services to think twice. Tanya, you took our money and stole our trust. Do yourself a favor—stay far, far away from this agency. Highly disappointed.
