Poor quality "safety" cover

My Aquanet solid safety cover completely fell apart after less than 4 years. 3 of their employees told me at that stage (when they saw the pool) that they made the original cover too small to be safe and another 4 employees told me they sold me an inferior material (they subsequently stopped using it for that reason apparently). The "CEO"'s response was essentially that it was tough luck and I had to pay full price (not 1c discount) for a replacement cover. Rather use Power Plastics or another reputable company.
