Struggling to get my refund.

I enrolled for a Nimart course that was scheduled to be on the 7-11 April 2025 and paid full amount do the course on the 26/02/2025 and a week before the course they sent me an email to say the course has been canceled due to less attendees. I have been struggling to get my refund from them. I have sent them them the bank confirmation letter they required but still have not gotten my money. I need to keep on making follow up and the co ordinater keeps telling me what I want to hear. I contacted them on Monday and they said funds have been released and should reflect yesterday but still nothing. I had so much faith in them. I just want my money and I will see where I will do the Nimart course should an opportunity arise.
