I wanted to give them nothing. On 18/2/2025 I deposited R3425.00 for a training that was gonna be held in Durban in April and they canceled it because of numbers not reach their minimum. And I've been waiting for my refund of the posit and nothing sometimes I got no response and once in a while Motemo new lady took over from Lorraine will say she will talk to her superior I've send an email and still no refund my contact no :0833175824 please assist and talk to them on my behalf I need my money back. I enrolled for a Nimart course that was scheduled to be on the 7-11 April 2025 and paid full amount do the course on the 26/02/2025 and a week before the course they sent me an email to say the course has been canceled due to less attendees. I have been struggling to get my refund from them. I have sent them them the bank confirmation letter they required but still have not gotten my money. I need to keep on making follow up and the co ordinater keeps telling me what I want to hear. I contacted them on Monday and they said funds have been released and should reflect yesterday but still nothing. I had so much faith in them. I just want my money and I will see where I will do the Nimart course should an opportunity arise.

Registered for dispensary course paid the full amount. The course was online and I was sent back and forth due my documents that I had to submit. When I resent the documents they marked the transcript and I was given a mark without the lecture assisting with what I needed to correct. I was then sent from pillar to post when I demanded assistance. I was fed up and filled in the refund documents to get my refund. I spoke to Siphiwo Khoza that told me that I am wasting her time and she will never grant my refund.

Pathetic service! I enrolled in the NIMART course at the beginning of October 2022. I started doing the course and got stuck on one of their quiz questions which wouldn’t accept whatever answer I submitted. I sent an email regarding this asking for assistance and never received a response. A week later I eventually called the school asking for assistance and they gave me Dr Mawela’s number who was also of no help. He ignores texts on WhatsApp. He asked me what the correct answer is and I responded according to the course material provided. Till this day, I have not received a response even after texting and asking for a response. I checked again this morning to see if I can give the quiz another try only to find that I have been kicked off the course because the course has expired???? No one responds to emails at this institution. No one takes accountability for the pathetic treatment they give us. I want a refund of my money.

I had a terrible experience with this institution, I registered with them for the Nimart mentorship training as soon as my registration was approved, I paid them full amount, one week towards the commenced date they canceled the training, I requested for a refund, they promised to pay back in 7 to 10 working days which did not happen, no calls no explanation whatsoever, I had to do a follow up Mandisa Goba first ignored my whatsapp messages, also ignored my emails, lastly after I called her she promised to get back to me in 5 minutes time which she also did not do, 3 hours later I called her she didn't take my call, I had to phone her using my colleague's phone only then she took the call not knowing it was me, told me they have just sorted their banking app, have to wait 10 to 15 days to be refunded, means have to wait for almost 6 weeks altogether for them to refund me, tell me which banking app takes 15 days to process payment as far as m concerned it only 48 hours and there is even immediate payment features. What annoys me most is the mere fact that m the one who should do follow up and they intentionally ignore their clients when doing follow ups, and should they fail this time m taking them to my lawyers, m tired of their pathetic excuse and will let everyone who still consider registering with them what they will be putting themselves into. PERIOD!!!
