Please pay bay back my deposit money for the course that never took place.

I wanted to give them nothing. On 18/2/2025 I deposited R3425.00 for a training that was gonna be held in Durban in April and they canceled it because of numbers not reach their minimum. And I've been waiting for my refund of the posit and nothing sometimes I got no response and once in a while Motemo new lady took over from Lorraine will say she will talk to her superior I've send an email and still no refund my contact no :0833175824 please assist and talk to them on my behalf I need my money back.
