I am a South African nurse working abroad. I paid my annual fees in September 2022. My SANC receipt was supposed to be posted but I have never received it. It’s now the 23 Dec 2022, today I decided to make my way to SANC. Only for them to tell me they already posted it in October 2022. The lady at reception sent me to post office and told me it is not their fault at SANC if I have not received my receipt and I should go check at post office. The lady did not provide me with a tracking number for the postage. I got to post office and the lady working at post office was just as unhelpful, she told me she cannot help me without a tracking number. Now how am I supposed to continue with employment, anywhere in the world, without my SANC receipt?? They do not answer the phone. I have called multiple times. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.
Pathetic! I’ve been a member since 2010, my grandmother passed away on the 31st of October. I am out of the country, I have been trying to claim on my policy for my grandmother but avbob ignores my emails. I eventually asked my sister to submit the claim on my behalf of which the claim was rejected because of missing documents. All the documents they requested were submitted by the way. My mom went to the avbob offices on 15 November 2022 and was told that everything is in order and my claim will be paid out. Im shocked to be told that my claim has been rejected because I made a payment on the policy after my grandmother died. This reason was because I noticed the October debit order was unsuccessful on my end so I made an EFT transfer on my side for the end of October. Now my claim has been rejected. What kind of funeral policy is this??? Is this the pathetic service you give to your clients? I am absolutely appalled because your online self service portal doesn’t even work so we have to resort to emails which you IGNORE And now my bereaved mother has to run around to your offices yet you still reject my claim FOR MAKING PAYMENT!!! You guys are scamming people!! I will be taking this further! Don’t even bother to call me cause I am out of the country! Respond to my emails!!! Pay out my claim!!
Pathetic service! I enrolled in the NIMART course at the beginning of October 2022. I started doing the course and got stuck on one of their quiz questions which wouldn’t accept whatever answer I submitted. I sent an email regarding this asking for assistance and never received a response. A week later I eventually called the school asking for assistance and they gave me Dr Mawela’s number who was also of no help. He ignores texts on WhatsApp. He asked me what the correct answer is and I responded according to the course material provided. Till this day, I have not received a response even after texting and asking for a response. I checked again this morning to see if I can give the quiz another try only to find that I have been kicked off the course because the course has expired???? No one responds to emails at this institution. No one takes accountability for the pathetic treatment they give us. I want a refund of my money.
I am extremely appalled by the service from cashbuild. Our country went through a difficult situation when the looting happened, which affected the cashbuild diepkloof branch in Soweto. Obviously, I contacted one of the nearest branches to help me place an order for building material but I was explicitly told they cannot help me as they cannot access the diepkloof branch server. I contacted their head office and I’ve been sent from pillar to post for an entire week and no one can help me which is extremely disappointing because how can they not have my details at their head office so I can place an order at any of their branches? I would not recommend them. Zero star rating from me.
A scam!!! I received a WhatsApp a week ago saying I owe gym company R1000 or I should pay R500 to renew the contract and cancel the old one. I haven’t had a contract with gym company since 2014 and don’t owe them anything. This is the second time that I’m receiving a WhatsApp and when I contact them they don’t respond to my query!!! Very frustrating. They are claiming money I don’t owe them with non existent reference numbers that don’t match the membership number I was using when I was part of their gym. SIES!!!!!!!
My uncle lost his phone on sat and called cell c for a swim swop they couldn't help cse cse he did not remember when last he recharged. the question is who remembers when they last recharged 25days ago, He spoke to a call center agent who after refusing to help him referred him to the cell c outlet at maponya mall the lady there said no we can't help, now the question is does he loose his number which he had all his life cse he can’t remember when last he recharged? This is terrible. He is an old man. Cell C should do better!!!! Terrible service!
What a wonderful experience! Dr Gamedze is a very nice Dr. She is very patient and understanding. From antenatal care, to the birth and post natal check up. Amazing Dr! I would definitely recommend her
I wish I could not check any boxes because this man does not deserve any stars at all! What a terrible and rude man. Netcare seriously needs to deal with this Dr. With all your code of conducts and rules, I am surprised that this man is actually practicing under the Netcare roof. Extremely rude. His consultations are rushed through. He doesn’t explain things properly. And he shouts at his patients in front of everyone including the receptionist and his other patients who are waiting in line to see him. He is a liar. What a disgrace to Netcare and to the medical profession. No one should ever be treated like how I was treated this afternoon. I wish people would read this review first before consulting at Dr Fabiyi.
