Bad service from the cashbuild in braamfischer, near Boxer, the worst. Went to return a product that I bought, and I was told that I could not return it because they do not have the same stick as the Meadowlands branch. One of the employees who told me false information is Mathebula from the braamfischer cashbuild. They cannot work with customer’s and always have an attitude

On the 5th of March 2026, went to buy building material at the Springs Gold street New era branch. Tel 0118132149.Late afternoon rush from work purchase.Thank you to the hard working staff and their helpfulness.Goodman, Lerato,Rebecca, Thabo, mentioning these as I have been dealing with them. This is what is a challenge though, the branch seems not to have enough staff to cope with customers influx.Yesterday, I arrived at about 16h30, the store closes at 18hr00.But already most of the staff had been allowed to leave.We buy goods and wait for assistance in loading on our cars.Yesterday, between 16h30 to 17h30 that I was there, only one person was running up and down trying to assist us.About 6 customers vans were waiting for goods to be loaded.i was the seventh one at that stage, Goodman loading on my side.If the store closes at 18hr00, it does not make sense to work with less staff at such a pressurized time.We buy and wait for a long time for our goods.This can be fixed, the management must please be considerate and plan properly or even use casual staff to meet the demand.We support the store, we therefore appeal for a better service.

Just bought a door and I had to walk home with it yet your board states free local delivery. They charge R150 for delivery. I also have another complain regarding a previous purchase. Please get someone to call me asap because I want to go on hellopeter and write a service delivery complain. The manager at the meadowpoint branch is rude and has the worst customer service ever.

Just bought a door and I had to walk home with it yet your board states free local delivery. They charge R150 for delivery. I also have another complain regarding a previous purchase. Please get someone to call me asap because I want to go on hellopeter and write a service delivery complain. The manager at the meadowpoint branch is rude and has the worst customer service ever.

On visiting Cashbuild this morning I was shocked that not even one of the personnel asked may I assist you. You have to ask all over the show just to get attention. New beautiful shop but the staff is useless.

Had a horrible experience with the Zukiswa Tshaka store manager from Cashbuild Idutywa, very unprofessional, unpleasant & rude. I’ve been trying to do an application for Zakhele Ikhaya communication via emails, every time I had to call the store to find out if they received the documents for my application would get responds they didn’t receive anything/attachments not opening until I had to use my work email address to scan the documents at work & send them through. After still called to find out if they received anything Zukiswa would be so rude & disrespectful over the phone telling me that they can’t see my documents I need to resend them again until I went to Cashbuild Cosmo where I asked one of the people to help me out cause it’s been over a week trying to send the documents & I’m getting stories that they can’t open the documents/not visible enough until Zukiswa rudely told me she’s gonna send my documents as they’re & I will be declined for my application then dropped the call in my ear. Very frustrating process handled by a very rude, very disrespectful & unprofessional imagine an entire Store Manager with horrible customer service & experience.
