I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the cashbuild in Rondebult. 2 and a half weeks ago I went there to get credit for plumbing material. They sent me to Capitec to apply, everything went well at Capitec non-issues. CASHBUILD DELAYED EVERYTHING ON THEIR SIDE AND THERE WAS CASH TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ME FOR LABOUR, ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE A WHOLE WEEK THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING ME ISSUES.

I needed to replace a downpipe at my house and got Marley Vynadeep from Cashbuild in Meadowdale. 5 items in total cost me R295.00 I had previously gone to Build-it where the quote (verbal) for the same 5 Marley items was approx. R595.00 About DOUBLE !

I bought plumbing materials from Cash build in Ga-Rankuwa, Pretoria. The person who assisted started by writing wrong names and a wrong address on my quotation, basically he used someone else's details whom I don't know, when i asked about it they told me that it was a mistake but didn't change it. Then they included a gas stove on my quotation that costs about R460,and i only saw it when it was delivered. Tried to return it and was told that they don't refund, i need to take something else with the money. That money is alot and i don't understand why is it my fault now for a mistake that was done by their employee, i want my money back because i never ordered a stove, that person who wrote a stove should be the one paying for it not me

the uitenhage branch is very poor managed as on Saturday i eent to buy 20 bags of cement and 2 lintols only after 45 min wait the cement was loaded and then only i was informed that the lintols was broken and i had to be refunded whrn i went to speak to the manager het had a very rude attitude towards me

Process of applying for charge card is so inefficient. It takes for ever to complete the application process with queires sent everytime you address previous queriies. Requiements are not explained fully at the start of the process.

Cashbuild system is never working,lve spent more than **** in the past 3 months and go there almost every morning,l spend more 20 at the till just waiting to pay and its not the stuff its Cashbuild system thats never working Cashbuild management pleases upgrade the system at Dawn Park its the worst

We had complain as stuff for bramfisher we knock off later by 20:30 two stuff member he got accident gun point those people they take phone and bag so please try to speak with management please we need to know early not later Or change management because people are not happy with management and stuff we complain as stuff when we sick we report she just blue tick we without say anything to us We had lot of complain like we report to area manager there no decision taken all stuff are not happy Lot of thing happen in our store please do something or you must investigation this store please don't send area manager to investigate because he don't do anything She threaten everyone she said she will fired all of the stuff

I returned the items to Cashbuild Meadowlands on the 26th April 2026, I was told by Prince that his system doesn't allow him to refund me since it's an online purchase he will escalate the matter to bookkeeper and come back to me. Little did I know that I will be send from one pillar to post to date will no one phoning nor processing my refund. I have to keep contacting them Meadowlands Cashbuild send to to communicate with online purchasing department and them referring back to Meadowlands Cashbuild, Now Prince excluded himself completely from this matter and not bothered whatsoever but her has the returned items with him.
