# On the 27th, Prince become silent, no communication
# On the 28th, I WhatsApp him, he said he's not at work he will escalate to Bookkeeper and refund will be processed
# He become quite again until I WhatsApp him again...
# His response then was " Meadow point will make a follow up
# I then write a public review of the bad service on the 28th...
# I get a response on the 29th that the store could refund because it's an online purchase...still no solution as to how or when I will be refunded...
# I the send another email asking when will I be refunded...
# on the 30th I get another email saying I should send my ID and proof of banking details
# I then send it on that day...
# Still no response, I then send my ID and banking details again...
# still no response
# On the 30th I receive none stop calls from Prince
# I then ask him why his not refunding me
# Prince's response was pathetic " there's a process that needs to be followed for a refund when items are bought online nxa while he kept specifically said twice that refund will be processed on the 27th and also on the 28
# NOW ITS THE 1ST OF MAY...NO REFUND WHATSOEVER
I have been a Cashbuild customer for many years spend over R200k "use my contact and email address (gabu@gabugadgets and kegabu47@gmail.com) check on your system " buying mostly online from all Cashbuild around Soweto and Highgate buying huge materials as I'm in Property business hence I'm know in many Cashbuild branches when I walk in their door by workers ...today I was hoping to purchase JoJo tank, toilet sets and plumbing staff that are currently on my Cashbuild Card so with such a disgraceful service received from Prince ...why should I continue becoming a Cashbuild customer?
