I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the cashbuild in Rondebult. 2 and a half weeks ago I went there to get credit for plumbing material. They sent me to Capitec to apply, everything went well at Capitec non-issues. CASHBUILD DELAYED EVERYTHING ON THEIR SIDE AND THERE WAS CASH TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ME FOR LABOUR, ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE A WHOLE WEEK THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING ME ISSUES.
I am a pensioner, and I must say the service I have received from cartrack is disappointing. i called to cancel a number of times and in May i was told i have arrears. I paid them and now they refuse to cancel they keep debiting my account without my permission i did not accept the debit check. I dont know what to do anymore i am a pensioner where must i get the money?
Good day, I need your assistance regarding a transaction that was not successful from my account on the 13/03/2025 at 06:20 for R250. The transaction was supposed to be for Total garage in Klippoortjie and it never went through. I have been struggling for the money to be reverse back so I can pay the garage. I have been a client for over 15 years and yet this establishment has not learned how to treat their customer's fairly. i was double debit and every time i call to enquire i will be told the money has not reflected. i have tried to change banking details 4 months ago, till now they are debiting on the wrong account. i want my refund ASAP. Mind you everytime you need to request of a call back, i have done so everyday. its either the buzz or not call at all.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with whom ever runs this business. i moved in to a new development and took on the service in June this year 2024. The technicians came to install the system, 2 months down the line was an issue with the alarm, the Andre Koen and his team came to sort it out after i struggled to log the request for someone to assist. about a week ago i called them to let them know the system trips and often wont arm. Andre Koen and his crew and told us that the battery that they installed, and told us that it will last for years and it serves as a backup when the power is off. Now they told us we need to replace the battery for R450. Firstly this battery is only 6 months old, and needs to be replaced at my cost? they told us someone tempered with the battery, andre and his crew are the only people that have been to my house and worked on this device. if someone tempered with the system then why is it my fault that the battery that is state of the art packed up?

I Actually don't know where to start, i am so heart broken at the level of disrespect and poor service i have received from such a big establishment. I have been trying to call through to get assistance with my query i have spent more that 18 hours holding for an available agent, i tried the call back option in 2 weeks i have been called once and this lady hung up on me. What i need to understand is the agents if they understand the reason for our calls and money and time spent holding just for the calls to be cut.. I am emotionally drained honestly. i am an honest citizen that is taxed every month and never got a cent back. Apparently i owe a huge amount owing and I would like an explanation, NO ONE AT SARS IS WILLING TO ASSIST AND I HAVE BEEN threatened THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL BE DEBITED BUT NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME THROUGH THE CALCULATIONS
Good day I would like to express my disappointment with capitec bank, i went to withdraw money and the centre i went to that i live closer to did not have a capitec ATM, ended up using an ABSA ATM and there was a problem with my withdrawal, i lost R2500 AND WAS TOLD THAT MY MONEY WILL GO BACK TO MY ACCOUNT IN THE NEXT 24HOURS, STILL TODAY MY MONEY HAS NOT REFLECTED, WENT TO THE CAPITEC BRANCH AND I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD HAVE USED A CAPITEC BANK, NOW THEY TOLD ME THAT MY MONEY WILL BE IN MY ACCOUNT IN 30 DAYS... THIS IS SUCH AN INCONVIENCE CONSIDERING THAT IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT CAPITEC HAS LIMITED ATM ACROSS THE COUNTRY... THAT I NEED AND 30 DAYS IS WAY TOO LONG... I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS BANK FOR SO LONG AND HONESTLY CONSIDERING TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.
Dealing with Money Market at Checkers is the most frustrating exercise ever, i am not sure if the fact that Black people are the ones using this service more or what. i just went to Checkers at The Reef Germiston and the service there is appauling, i was taken from 1 teller to another... All the tellers in that store ddnt have a Lousy R400... The service honestly is unacceptable, why is this service offered if everytime when we go there we will be told that there is no money.
